This tracker estimates your daily added sugar consumption based on common sources. Added sugars are those added during processing, not naturally occurring sugars in fruits and dairy.

The World Health Organization recommends limiting added sugars to less than 25g per day for women and 36g for men (about 6-9 teaspoons). Many people consume 2-3 times this amount.
